Presidency
Submit annual reports to the Committee, Execute directions of the Committee, Request, collect, examine and inform applicable entities problems identified with regard to bird and wildlife Hazard, Analyze and adopt recommendations made by the Committee Groups; Examine and follow up ongoing subjects related to his function; Administrate Committee funds; Participate or send a representative to all Committee Meetings and other Committees related to Bird/ wildlife Hazard Prevention; Encourage and support the creation of National Committees for the Bird / Wildlife Hazard Prevention.

Vice presidency
Replace the President in his absence, Promote Bird / Wildlife Hazard Prevention Conferences; Give support to the Committee Groups in all aspects related to the Committee functions and keep close contact with the Committee President.

Secretariat
Execute the tasks entrusted by the President and the Secretariat of the Committee, Propose and update communicational policies aimed at providing information that strengthens and promotes the corporate image of the Committee, Provide assistance for the update of the Committee members list, Assist in the drafting, reception, dispatch and arrangements in general of documents related to Board Committee Meetings, perform dissemination tasks and delivery of information and maintain harmonious relations with the Social Communication Media and International Organisms for promoting the corporate image of the Committee, Create a Web Portal, Verify the degree of compliance with the Committee Objectives.
